top 5 favourite raw juices

These refreshing and flavourful combinations are quick and easy to follow and are some of my absolute favourites. When it comes to juicing I really believe less is more so keep the amount of ingredients down to achieve a delicious tasting juice.

APPLE BEET

1 raw beet
2 granny smith apples
1 lemon

This juice is sweet, refreshing and tangy. It will leave you feeling energized, satisfied and ready to take on the day. Drink as a caffeine replacement in the morning to keep you feeling recharged and fresh.

CITRUS KALE

2 grapefruit
1 lemon
2 C purple kale

My favourite juice for when I have had a little too much of a good thing. The tart citrus and purple leafy kale work together to cleanse your body. Packed with a punch this juice served cold over ice will wake you up and rid your body of any unwanted toxins.

SWEET GREEN JUICE

2 C baby spinach
2 macintosh apples
1 ripe pineapple

A super sweet, tropical, refreshing green juice perfect to serve alongside Sunday brunch. The ripe fruit and baby spinach adds the right amount of greens to help aid digestion while providing added vitamins and minerals to your diet.

PEAR GINGER

2 asian pears
3 carrots
1 tbsp fresh ginger

If you're into the sweet & spicy. This blast of flavour & vitamins will give your immune system a much needed boost.

CITRUS STRAWBERRY

2 oranges
1 lemon
1 C strawberries

A beautiful, vibrant coloured juice perfect for a hot day. Ripe strawberries and fresh citrus create a refreshing tangy juice. Like it boozy? Use as a mix or in margaritas and spiked lemonades.

There is no exact rule to juicing so have fun, be creative and combine your favourite fruits and vegetables. You won't be disappointed with the results and countless health benefits of simply adding juice to your diet. I have been juicing regularly for over 5 years and it has been the best decision I've ever made. I strongly recommend the Breville line of juicers, but make sure to do your own research to find what works best for you. Happy Juicing!
