Hey guys I'm Nicki, thanks for checking out my blog! I love challenging myself to modify and re-create recipes out of plant based ingredients. Since birth, my almost too ‘healthy’ relationship with food ultimately lead to a body I wasn't happy with. Changing to a plant-based diet has greatly improved my energy levels and overall health. This has been a life changing experience and I can’t wait to create and share more recipes with you!

I’ll be writing about the things I LOVE: cooking with plant-based ingredients, and how to cook and eat with passion and purpose.
